Method of Preparation-
Take hung yogurt in a bowl. Add some roasted gram powder, one teaspoon chili powder, half a teaspoon cardamom powder, one fourth teaspoon cinnamon powder, one fourth teaspoon black pepper powder and salt. Mix them well.

Divide above mixture in twenty equal portions. Moisten your hands and flatten each portion to give the kababs a smooth round shape. Now heat pure ghee in a pan. Adjust few kababs in pan with some space. So that these all not stick with each other.

Fry them nicely till the underside is a light golden brown. Flip over gently, drizzle one teaspoon ghee all around them and fry till the both sides are equally golden brown.

Drain and set aside in a plate. Now heat three teaspoons ghee in another non stick pan and fry sliced onion till golden brown. Drain on an absorbent paper and grind them into paste.

Heat remaining ghee in a pan; add garlic, remaining chili powder, fried ground onions, clove powder, remaining cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder and salt, and sauté till the ghee separates.

Add kababs and smoothly mix them into masala. Serve them hot immediately. Enjoy this delicious dish with sauce or any homemade chatni.
